As part of our Track25 business plan we will launch 18 new models or derivatives of our vehicles and look to expand our retailer network into new markets with an aim of having 100 retailers globally.  

 

Track 25 and McLaren Automotive’ s growing reputation is testament to our world class employees. To ensure McLaren Automotive continues to be at the forefront of the Automotive market, we are looking for a Vehicle Validation Analyst to join our PMO team.

 

Purpose of the role:

 

You will support the vehicle validation process by being the key point of contact for the DVP system and tools for defined programs. Responsible throughout the programs for making the relevant data available and up to date to the key stakeholders based on the day to day tests update and people interaction.

 

Principal accountabilities:

 

Be the key point of contact for the business for anything regarding DVP system and tools

Support the DVP owners in defining and populating their DVP content in line with programme assumptions and on time.

Support the overall project time plan elaboration and maintenance, across all phases of the programme, working with Development, Attributes, Legislation and Function Groups, ensuring alignment with the HLP and the components plan

Ensure change management is in place (VTRs and DVP tracking)

Support the Attribute Meeting and the Project Meeting and prompt all the working level discussions that are required to mature and monitor the development plan

Maintain an efficient and reliable reporting system and distribute metrics and reports, weekly, monthly and to support major programme reviews

Support DVP system and tools improvements from data entry to data maintenance and reporting, working with DVP owners to ensure data integrity

 

Knowledge, skills & experience:

 

Highly analytical with strong excel and data interpretation skills.

Ability to create and nurture cross-functional business relationships

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.  

Data analysis – ensuring report data is representative, complete and unbiased.

Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-profile company.

Stakeholder management.

Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.

Engineering degree is preferable.

Power BI experience is preferable.
