You will create compelling narratives, wireframes and desirable user experiences by gathering and defining user requirements which result in beautiful, intuitive and captivating graphical user interfaces.  You will be recognised as an expert in UI within the organisation, bringing your own fresh thinking and experience to our projects and ways of working. Design work will span and be at the forefront of a variety of sectors including consumer products, health, public transport, automotive and motorsport. • If our recruiter believes you’re suitable for the role, you will be invited to meet key members of the team in an informal setting to talk though your CV and portfolio.
  • For the next step, you may be asked to complete a design-related challenge in your own time.
  • You will then be invited to the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking to share your thinking on the design challenge and for a face-to-face interview with other members of the Design Group.
