As part of our strategic business plan development, we are engaged in a structured growth plan of significant projects & facilities. Predominantly in the UK, we are also working on projects in USA, Spain & Bahrain. The Infrastructure Projects team is being reinforced with experienced Program managers and the need for a Project Administrator has been identified to support the teams across all of those projects. This will in turn free up the capacity of the Project management teams. McLaren’s Infrastructure Growth plan, is testament to our world class employees. To ensure McLaren continues to be at the forefront of the technology & luxury products, we are looking for a Team Assistant to join our team. The position will report directly to the Head of Infrastructure and support their team

Principal accountabilities:

  • Diary management for relevant personnel within the Infrastructure team - accept/ decline meetings and keep track of attendance.  Set up meetings upon instruction- internal and external
  • General Admin support; including room bookings, AV equipment, organising external visitors and arranging refreshments
  • Plan and book travel
  • Preparation of travel agendas and visa applications
  • Prepare and co-ordinate monthly reports and performance metrics of the projects
  • Assist with events when required
  • Processing and logging of Purchase Orders and Invoices inc Good in / Service receiving notices
  • General Office Administration including control of ingoing/outgoing post, filing, archiving and shredding
  • As required, short term assistance to the Head of Health, Safety, Environment & Wellbeing
