We are a growing company, looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in Woking to support internal recruitment across multiple functions including Engineering, Production, Business Development, Operations, and business support.

The Role:

This is an ever-changing role, where you will have to exposure to a variety of stakeholders in multiple sectors, at all levels within the business. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of approved recruitment demand within your assigned areas

There will always be an element of regular re-prioritisation within this role, so you need to be able to switch your focus as your priorities change throughout the day - but this is what keeps your day exciting

There will be ad hoc projects to work on relating to various aspects of recruitment process improvement and governance. This is key to the success of the organisation

You will be supporting stakeholders to fill around 10-15 roles at any one time providing coaching, support, reporting and MI based advice

You will manage the 3rd party supplier relationships and manage their performance regarding time, cost and quality

You will take full ownership of managing the end to end recruitment process for all internal hires, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, delivering feedback and managing candidates’ expectations throughout the process

As demand can sometimes be unpredictable, you will have passive talent pools to ensure there is always a strong pipeline of talent available to engage and mobilise at short notice


You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including writing adverts, completing screening calls, carrying out interviews, delivering feedback

You must have great excel skills with the ability to analyse data, produce MI and advise quality data-led decisions

Attention to detail and organisation are key within this role

You will have used an HRIS, ATS or other CRM system in your previous roles (n.b. we use SAP SuccessFactors)

You will be from a recruitment background and have experience working both within a recruitment agency and in house or RPO
