SQA Principal Engineer - Composites

Location: Woking, GB

Are you an experienced Principal Engineer within Composites or Carbon Fibre? Do you currently work as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer or Process Engineer or Production Engineer within Composites or Carbon Fibre? If you have answered yes, read on.

In this role you will be reporting directly into the SQA Manager. As a Subject Matter Expert either within Carbon Fibre or Composites, you will be responsible for all aspects of new product introduction and maintaining a stable quality level together with sufficient capacity in series, for Carbon and Composite supplied parts and assemblies for McLaren road cars.

You will be leading and guiding a team of 6 Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers. The team will be looking to you for technical direction and guidance, therefore, you will develop the team to enable them to deliver purchased part product quality and capacity for all Carbon parts and assemblies associated with the Body In White suppliers.

You could be working within the Automotive, Rail, Train or the Boating industry. You will be degree qualified in either an Engineering or Materials.
