SQA - New Model Project Team Administrator

Location: Woking, GB

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for managing large amounts of McLaren Global Supplier data, and must be proficient in Excel and power point.
  • Prepare daily / weekly reports of McLaren Global Supplier Improvement Metrics and KPI’s, including PPAP, Capacity confirmation, QCR’s, Concession, Part by Part trackers and project summary.
  • Issue monthly to McLaren Global Suppliers, Supplier Improvement Metrics for both Series Quality and Delivery metrics, New Model project updates, including build requirements and PPAP status.
  • Be able to summarise department gateway deliverables status for readiness reviews, including report generation and feedback to manager and team
  • Track and manage APQP and PPAP database, including regular reporting and support to engineers to achieve plan.
  • Proficient in SAP for core SQA role, including QCR, PPAP, and concession management and making reports using business objects, ultimately with a view to becoming a super user.
  • Management of FOK reporting on daily basis to support 22 UPD
  • Be able to summarise supplier history tracking data and make report to project engineers as part of past problem reflection

Additional Daily Tasks across Project

  • Concession support
    • Adding concessions to SAP
  • Checking which concessions are due to expire within the next 5 days and send a warning to the SQA engineers. This includes changing the inspection status
  • PPAP support
    • Updating PPAP lines as requested by SQA engineer
  • Uploading PSW to PPAP line as requested by SQ engineer
    • FOK prevention check
  • Report from SAP which I run in the morning and afternoon to check which / if any parts will prevent FOK. Depending on who hasn’t updated PPAP approval I will chase them – includes SQA, Project Engineer & Compliance
  • Raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP and booking them into the system once the goods/services are received/completed
    • Formatting documents monthly and distributing to managers
    • Time & Data Management
  • Meeting Cadence Document
    • Meeting Room Bookings and AV equipment Bookings
  • SAP access: QM02 – ability to add/remove deletion flags on PPAP lines, Purchase Requisitions
