Production Graduate Programme 2020

Location: Woking, GB

Job Type: Graduates

Contract Duration: 2 years

Ours is a story of ingenuity and relentless technical development. Of grit, and heroism, and human endeavour. Of knowing and believing that we’re only at our best when we’re at our bravest. Of moving fearlessly forward. Always.

So, we’re taking the pursuit of better seriously. We have huge plans for our future. We’re making incredible things happen.

Right now, we’re looking for Production Graduates to push us further and faster than ever on a 2-year rotational programme. To tackle F1 racing’s biggest challenges with humility. To make the most of our open culture. To own the next chapter in our story.

The Production Graduate Programme is specifically designed to develop talent into the Production function, to grow our internal knowledge base, and to grow the team's future leaders and production supervisors.

Our team is full of incredible people and we know we can learn as much from you as you can from us. Likewise, you want to learn and grow, and you want to share your knowledge with others. After all, that’s what a high performing team is built upon.

You'll gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience in the Production functions of an F1 team, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Programme Management, Race Logistics, Quality and Production & Process Engineering - to list but a few! Previous members of our graduate scheme have gone onto be Project Planners, Technical Buyers and even Head of Quality!

You'll need to have an Engineering related degree (2.1+ or equivalent) or have completed an apprenticeship with vocational training, and ideally, you'll have work experience in a technological or precision engineering organisation. As a grad, you'll be supported and mentored where required by experienced members of the team, but also empowered to make decisions and add real value to our performance.

You're a problem solver and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves up and get stuck in, using your initiative at every opportunity to deliver solutions and make processes leaner. You're self-motivated and a motivator, and you're the person that is always 10 steps ahead.
