As our global reputation continues to grow, we are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our team in Woking to focus on the development and activation of new suppliers.

Purpose of the role:

As Partnerships Executive, you be working as part of a small team to deliver the day to day operational fulfilment of our current and future Partnership obligations to ensure opportunities are fully leveraged and maximised. We also want you to ensure the value of the programs are recognised and long term relationships are created.

This role will require travel across the UK and internationally and can involve working unsocial hours and over weekends.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Work with the partnerships manager to create and execute partnership activation plans, ensuring opportunities are maximised but does not exceed contractual obligations;
  • Deal with planned and ad-hoc requests from partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with the necessary internal departments (MAL and MTG), regional teams and dealers to support the activation plans as required and ensure the business is aware of new partnerships and any potential impacts;
  • Competitor research – help look for new opportunities and support the partnership manager in putting together presentations and proposals.
  • Liaison with the brand team to ensure correct implication of the new brand values and ongoing compliance by partners and us with their guidelines.
  • Organise and participate in meetings, tours, and visits to the MTC & also events for partners and their guests. This may include hosting responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service and create lasting relationships across a variety of audiences
  • Good commercial acumen and willingness to understand different industries and markets
  • Ability to manage & prioritise high volume workload and multi-task whilst adapting to change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt approach
  • Experience of Automotive or Luxury environment desirable
  • Clean driving license highly desirable
