The McLaren IT Graduate Scheme offers a unique opportunity for Graduates to take the skills and experience that they have gained through their academic studies and apply them to commercial projects with real world application.

You will gain experience in:

  • Data + Business process improvement
  • Infrastructure + Operations
  • Architecture + Security
  • Software + Business Application Development  

Your skills:

  • Studying one of the following Degree programs: Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Business or Finance. (Expected Grade of 2:1 or First class Degree)
  • We will provide full Technical training and support for those with a desire to learn.

Working Environment:

We offer a flexible working environment across our South East sites including the brand new Victoria Gate office in Woking town centre and world-renowned McLaren Technology Centre. Our campus includes a subsidised restaurant, a café, a gym with a pool, break-out spaces, bicycle storage facilities and more. Our environments are designed to encourage collaborative working across all teams. You will be amongst specialists within their field, whether it’s in design, modelling and simulation, software development, data analytics, electronics hardware, finance and marketing.

Recruitment Process:

  • Once your application is submitted, this will be reviewed by our Technical Recruiter. 
  • If you are shortlisted you will be invited to attend a one-way video interview in November 2019.
  • If you are successful, you will be invited to attend an onsite assessment centre/interview which will take place on Wednesday 12th December.
  • Offers for those successful will be delivered before 2020.
