Throughout McLaren’s Track 22 business plan, we are looking to invest £1 billion into Research and Development, leading to the launch of 15 all-new cars or derivatives during this period.

We now have a fantastic opportunity to join our McLaren Experiences team as a Travel Administrator on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Provide travel administration support to the Events team
  • Liaise with the 3rd party travel partner
  • Liaise with the McLaren travel and expense manager to process event related bookings
  • Booking and coordinating travel services through the online booking portal
  • Collating and logging passport information
  • Updating traveller profiles
  • Assisting with the production of travel reports
  • Reconciling credit card statements for event expenses
  • Researching hotels and other MICE services

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Good IT skills particularly Excel & wider Microsoft office package
  • Familiarity with travel management tools and portals would be an advantage
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
