Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Woking, GB

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract  

Contract Duration: 6 months

Purpose of the role:

To support the HR Recruitment Partner and HR Recruitment Assistant in identifying, engaging and onboarding the best talent possible to drive McLaren Racing’s success and delivering our stakeholder’s requirements.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Coordination of interviews, to include room booking and flights
  • Management of the candidate lifecycle through their recruitment process
  • Supporting reviewing of candidates’ CV’s and applications leading to shortlisting or rejection
  • Supporting the wider HR team with recruitment related activities such as graduate assessment centres
  • Managing career opportunities in SuccessFactors
  • Posting career opportunities on LinkedIn amongst other job boards
  • Additional project work as required

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar role, either in-house or for a recruitment agency
  • Ability to communicate confidently with employees at all levels
  • Comfortable learning new systems
  • Understanding of how HR and Recruitment interact within the team and the business
