The CRM, Email & Mobile Marketing Executive will be joining at a crucial time, playing a key role in the implementation of disruptive technology, content and fan experiences, and raising the bar in fan engagement.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take on a challenge, is passionate about fans, fluent with marketing platforms and is an exceptional communicator. It's likely that you'll have a CRM or communications background.

McLaren is a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative brand, you'll need to be prepared to drive a new level of fan communications and experiences, while continuing to raise the bar in McLaren’s holistic fan engagement strategy.

Principal Accountabilities:

The CRM, Email & Mobile Marketing Executive will be integral in shaping and producing the content across all email and mobile communications for McLaren’s database and fan loyalty programme. Working closely with Social Media, Creative and Brand teams, you will focus on creating game-changing fan engagement campaigns that drive website traffic, brand engagement and conversions in line with specific campaign goals.

You’ll also be creating and managing effective fan communications strategies for the different audience groups across email and mobile and oversee the day-to-day management of email campaign creation and ensure all CRM activity is executed/scheduled on time (design, build, send).

About You:

Our CRM, Email & Mobile Marketing Executive will need experience in a fan engagement or customer loyalty focussed role, covering email and mobile communications (SMS, app notifications). Experience working with CRM technology is also key, as is digital content development and delivery know-how. Communication is critical to you, and copywriting forms part of your everyday. The ability to build emails in HTML and competent Photoshop skills are a plus.

You’ll be passionate about our fans and take their work personally. You’ll love it when things get busy and be able to support the team when necessary. You’ll be proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the drive and ambition to grow McLaren’s fan engagement programme. Most importantly, you’re a team player and take a positive approach to situations.

The role may include working weekend and evening schedules, as well as a small amount of travel, so you'll also need to be flexible!
