Purpose of the role:

As a Brand Specialist, you will support the Series Brand Managers in the planning and coordination of new model launches and lifecycle marketing. This will include undertaking competitor research, creating strategic planning documents, planning and organising internal / agency launch meetings, coordinating regional launch plans, project and budget management (includes raising Purchase Orders, using the SAP system, working with agencies on scope documents and purchasing experts on approvals).

Principal accountabilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of global new model launch and lifecycle marketing plans
  • Support the coordination of regional launch activity through the development of launch plans, guides, toolkits, KPIs, asset requirements and launch events
  • Coordination of launch plans with key partners via the partnerships and licencing team to leverage partnership agreements
  • Controlling project timelines to ensure that key gateways have been achieved and that all stakeholders are in regular communication cycles. 
  • Assisting with the organisation and management of photography and video shoots to support upcoming marketing campaigns. 
  • Coordination of high-profile sustainment campaigns at a global and regional level including the development of weekly performance reporting
  • Supporting the Series Brand Managers with brand compliance, research, and key projects.
  • Administration of the product launch budgets complete with subsequent reporting to ensure that costs are fully controlled.
  • Liase with stakeholders including design teams and wider marketing team to get images or plans for images approved.  Escalate problems that cannot be solved. 
  • Own the creation and development of CGI assets for new model launches where appropriate – managing external agency, internal sign-off and providing creative/technical input during this process.
  • Manage new model launch dashboard that measures and consolidates KPI’s for weekly / monthly reporting requirements.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Previous Marketing experience would be beneficial
  • Project management experience
  • Strong appreciation of brand and its impact on content creation and messaging
  • Agency management experience
  • Strategic thinking capability
  • Good appreciation of brand and its importance
  • Previous experience judging and developing creative work in line with a brief – including imagery, copy and computer-generated imagery
