As part of our Track25 business plan we will launch 18 new models or derivatives of our vehicles and look to expand our retailer network into new markets with an aim of having 100 retailers globally.

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for translating Product Development’s concept of a new car into a functioning data model. Implementation data models into SAP systems, maintaining and unit testing. Supporting web requirements and product change request implementation.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Attend Sales & Marketing reviews and relevant cross-functional process meetings
  • Creation of specific program Product Data Definition (PDD) file.
  • Design and creation of the configuration model from Design Intent Report and Options & features list
  • Creation and implementation of data model from PDD to the SAP system.
  • Complete data model unit testing and sales order regression testing
  • Support web visualiser through sending Knowledge Bases
  • Implementation of Change Requests
  • Support Product Data Management (PDM) team in the coding of the Bill of Materials (BoM)

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Microsoft Office literate, including Excel
  • Knowledge of Automotive manufacturing industry is desirable
  • Coding experience is desirable
  • Graduate in a technical subject
